2026 Faith & the Arts Academy Registration (8-12 year olds)

Thank you for registering for the 2026 Summer Faith & the Arts Academy. Please complete one form per child.

A typical schedule will include:
-Opening Rally with a Bible lesson, characters, music, and prayer
-Attending two different art tracks, like painting, drumming, praise dance, etc.
-Snack time
-Game time
-Closing Rally

DATES:
July 6-July 10 from 9am-12:15pm

The final day, Friday (July 10) is showcase day. Children may be dropped off like every other day, but families are encouraged to come to the showcase at the end of our day. Families are also invited to come to worship on Sunday morning where the children will be sharing one of their worship songs. More details to come.

COST:
A payment of $50 per child helps us to cover some of the project material fees, program supplies, and a participant t-shirt. If you would like financial assistance with your fees, you may indicate that on this form. If you prefer to pay by check, please select that option and bring your payment to the First and Calvary office during weekday business hours.

Note that children will be placed in art classes based on availability with priority given to those who register early.
